Purpose:

What's Going On is a support group providing a safe space to uplift souls focused on individual wellbeing (physical-mental-spiritual) through social capital (experience-resources-network).

Our mission is to cultivate a compassionate and empowering community that supports individuals in their journey toward holistic well-being. We are dedicated to providing a safe space for sharing experiences, fostering personal growth, and promoting balance in mental, physical, and spiritual health. Through education, connection, and encouragement, we strive to uplift each member, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

We envision a world where mental, physical, and spiritual well-being are harmoniously integrated, allowing people to thrive in their personal lives and contribute positively to society. Core Focus :

 

Mental: Mental Health is important because it affects your psyche - how you feel about yourself both negatively and positive. It is the motivating force between the pathways that can lead to depression or wellbeing. 

 

Physical: Is the physicality of your being in regards to your physical health. When your health is not in order (proper sleep, what you eat, and exercise) your mental and spiritual states are impacted.

 

 

Spiritual: Is the core of your being that establishes the balance and foundation for your mental and physical wellbeing through your connection with God.

 

What is the mind-body and spirit concept?

 

Mind-body-spirit means that our wellness comes not just from physical health, but from mental health and spiritual health as well.
